Five Selected for England Students squad

Five Oxford players have been selected to train with the England Students squad in two weeks. Props Kevin Davis and Ricky Lutton (both Linacre), flanker Peter Clarke (St Cross), fly-half Toby Henry (Linacre) and centre Tom Gregory (Kellogg) will all be competing for a place in the final 22 to play matches against France, Scotland, Ireland and the Combined Services during February and March. In addition, Blues full back Chris Mahoney has joined Henley RFC. The twenty-six year old Kiwi scored Oxford’s only try in this season’s Varsity match, injuring himself as he touched down. He will be hoping to help Henley avoid relegation this season.
